TRANSACTION – SALE

Negotiation and mediation fees

Flat-rate fee of €5,000 incl. VAT for the portion of the sale price less than or equal to €30,000
10% incl. VAT of the sale price for the portion up to €100,000
7% incl. VAT of the sale price for the portion between €100,001 and €300,000
6% incl. VAT of the sale price for the portion between €300,001 and €500,000 between €300,001 and €500,000
5% incl. VAT of the sales price for the portion over €500,001
Fees are immediately payable by the purchaser on the day the sale is effectively concluded and recorded in a single written deed containing the commitment of the parties.

Luxury Properties may not receive or hold any funds, bills or securities other than those representing its remuneration or fees for this activity.
