At just 35 years of age, Gérald has established himself as a key figure in high-end Parisian real estate. As a real estate agent, chartered surveyor and property administrator, he combines technical expertise with strategic vision.
For over 15 years, his signature has been the combination of irreproachable professional rigor and a deeply human approach. He embodies a contemporary vision of luxury: discretion, exacting standards and excellence. Ambitious and passionate, he develops new real estate models connected to today's expectations.
Today, he is partner and president of LUXURY PROPERTIES, in charge of representing the brand and its values. He ensures the brand's coherence and reputation.
At 44, Romy, a former Olympic rider, chose real estate over 10 years ago out of passion. She is a recognized specialist in "property hunting". Nothing escapes her notice: if the property exists, she'll find it. She also accompanies her clients in the sale of top-of-the-range properties from Paris to Monaco, places she knows perfectly well.
Always smiling, responsive and rigorous, she ran her own real estate agency for several years, before joining a major global real estate network.
She is now a partner at LUXURY PROPERTIES, in charge of the brand's partnerships.
At 53, Richard is one of France's most recognized and experienced luxury real estate specialists.
A qualified lawyer and trainer in law, real estate, taxation and commerce, he designed and developed one of the first real estate Internet portals, set up a national network of real estate agencies and independent agents in France, and founded, managed and developed several major luxury real estate brands and houses for over 25 years.
He is now a partner in LUXURY PROPERTIES, in charge of brand and network development.
